Myeongdong - Street 10.    Myeongdong has the most expensive floor space in Korea at 100 million wons per pyeong (about 30,000$US per square meter). Bukchon - Picture 3.    Bukchon used to be an aristocratic residential neighbourhood located in the northern part of the city. The houses have been restored and are now inhabitated mostly by artists or used as restaurants. You can see here some of the few traditional houses left in Korea (in Seoul, only 3000 are left).
